Energy saving

This is the bill of March, my consumption was 65kWh And I have to pay 15 USD. I live alone, well, mostly. One of my friends come every weekend and she use things, so that increase a little the consumption.

EDCMOOC

First, this won't be easy, I'm not a good writer and don't have a good english.

Now, E-Learning and digital cultures is a course I'm taking on coursera, and a lot of people had said the information is overwhelming, and yes, it is. The thing is, that's the world now. I have a little sister, she's 15 and she uses thousand different account, she has e-mail, facebook, instagram, blog, and uses blackberry, laptop and Ipod. Not every kid in Bogotá (Colombia) have all that, but many kids do. So, maybe is too much, but students live in that world whether we want to be part of it or not. We need to be part of that if we want to have student's attention. 

The problem is that most of us don't use many of the options here. Not everyone has twitter, or have it, but don't know how that works. For me, for example, is the first time on Google hangouts, and I got to say I'm a little lost, I'm just watching the video. YouTube channel? I don't even knew about it, until I read someone blog. And, of course, the I-don't-know-how-many forums about videos, the class, etc. It's too much in too little time. But, come on, we can do this, we need an open mind, we need to relax and start to think as part of this digital world. It won't be easy, but it's not impossible. 

Estrenando perro

Mi hermana se va de Bogotá y hemos decidido que, para que no me quede sola, vamos a tener un perro. De esta forma llegó Gaudí a la casa.
Llevamos una semana con el, y ha sido de odios y amores. Es un bulldog inglés de 3 meses y medio, hermoso, consentido y perezoso como el solo. Me sigue como si fuera mi sombra, pero educarlo ha sido complicado.

• Cómo le explicas a un perro consentido que, aunque lo quieres abrazar, no puede subirse a tu cama?
• Pedirle que espere su comida mientras se enfría o que no coma tan rápido para que no te vea comiendo a ti y se antoje.
• Que no orine por toda la casa, que lo haga cuando lo saco al patio.
• Que me haga caso

Pues ahí vamos, lentamente... esperando que eventualmente me haga caso y se logre, así le puedo contar a todo el mundo sin recibir regaños
